How to rear flies...

I am thinking of performing the fly from mouth effect and was wondering if anyone knows how to rear safe and clean flies.

Any tips on the trick is also appreciated.

What's the point in rearing safe and clean flies when you can just go catch flies at the nearest dumpster for free?

Lazy to pull them of the sticky paper? pluss they taste funky.. like my cooking on macaroni night..

they can't see directly behind them. so you can catch them like that.

Yeah.. I think that technique is better than fly fishing..
