How to Redeem "Holiday Contest" Reward?

Hi guys,
Just about 15-20 minutes ago I used my daily free spin for the Holiday Contest wheel (on my iPhone) and actually landed on the Propagandas reward. In my haste I accidently closed out of the wheel tab on my iPhone Safari application, and have since not received notification or confirmation on my email address. I did take a screenshot of when I actually landed on the prize, and it includes the Ticket ID #, but I am now worrying that I won't be able to receive my prize.
Can anybody help me figure out how to redeem the prize or am I not going to be able to?

Any help would be vastly appreciated!

When I took the screenshot w/ my iPhone it looks like my last number or letter was cut off by the pin on the wheel since it wasn't displaying the site in desktop format. I only have 5 visible numbers in the ID.
