Idea: Elevator Control

Hello I had an idea for a card control using the S.W. Elevator. Ok have the selected card put in to the deck face down or face up. Exucte the Elevator move then push the card flush. Thus controling the card second to the top.

You do realize that the S.W. Elevator uses and Erdnase Shift which is essentially a pass?
You might be talking about Shifty but in that case it would be similar to Aaron Fishers Illusion Control from his book.
Please elaborate or maybe post a video about this idea of yours so everybody can get a clearer picture?
