Hey,
I've developed 2 methods for this color change, none of them use magnets. For the first method there is something special, but for the second method you use just normal playing cards.
I have one routine and I'm working on second one which is almost finished.

It is neat but the idea that it could use extra pieces makes it easy to mimic, the point of most tricks is to make it seem impossible. The more impossible, the better the reaction. A routine is a good start, and if possible show the deck before you put it into the box. Just a friendly suggestion.
