This is a neat little application of a utility I've been working on for a few months. This is my first time attempting it in any context for someone, please let me know what you guys think I need to work on! I'm looking for weak points or anything that needs working on, general commentary and thoughts are always welcome too!
Thanks Guys.

Ok, does it use gimmick? It looks clean, but your hand speeds up every time you perform the move. IF it doesn't use gimmick - it's what I would use. If it does... then don't even know what to think of it :)

Nope, gimmickless. It uses only one card from another deck, and no set up is required. Just take whatever card from another deck and put it on top and your ready to perform. Do you think the speeding up is suspicious? It can be done slower, you just have to be a bit more precise.

With this move the speed is crucial, because too fast and it looks suspicious, too slow and its blatantly obvious. I'm still trying to find a good balance. The speed in the video has quite a bit of leeway in either direction that will still be passable. So please let me know if its too fast.

The trouble is that the movements leading up to and following the change are very smooth and languid. The sudden snap looks out of place. Adapting this would also depend on the context in which you perform it. In some cases, it would be perfectly plausible, even preferable to do the move when they're not looking.

I agree; everything looks great, including the move, but the one thing that might give it away is the speed during the move itself, which does feel a little too fast/rushed compared to everything surrounding it. Perhaps you could slow it down and use the action of tilting the deck upwards to provide the remaining cover-movement. If the move is not being used as a visual change, then I also agree that it might be preferable to simply do the move while using subtle misdirection, such as getting eye contact with the spectators just for a brief moment. Also, don't forget how Dan & Dave remove the transposed card in their trick "Tivo" which is another nice way of supposedly moving a card from the centre of the deck.

Alright guys, I think I have a speed figured out that should look much more natural. I couldn't quite slow it down to match the flow of everything else, so I'm just gonna have to speed up a little bit. As to trying to apply misdirection to it, really the whole reason I figured this out was to come up with a burnable way to switch the card. I did it 100% on the spur of the moment after some guy in one of my audiences called "double lift" during an ACR. I supposedly had another guys card sticking out of the pack, and this heckler was demanding for me to prove him right and show that it wasn't really the guys card. Well... out came this. You should've seen the look on the guys face.
