Well, the muscle is a great dvd, it has one technique in it, but it is used for many possibilities. I can easily do the muscle pass, but thats pretty much the only coin sleight I can do. (Besides the french drop)

In the beginning there were coins is also good from what I heard. But it doesn't have anything "advanced" in it. The sleights taught in it are fairly easy. a friend of mine owns it, he likes it. It's designed to take you from beginner to intermidiate.

P.S. The Muscle Pass is very hard to accomplish, it will take you hours, or days until you would be able to do it. But you have to keep practicing it no matter how much it hurts.

Get Modern Coin Magic. Will have just about everything you need.

ITBTWC is also a pretty good learning tool.

. . . Muscle pass is NOT a good place to start.

Neither is "In the Beginning" for that matter...

I'd recommend JB Bobo's Modern Coin Magic and any coin dvd's from David Roth, Michael Ammar, and David Stone. If you want to learn more advanced coin sleights those are good recommendations to try out. If you want to learn hard-hitting coin effects you should try out Digital Dissolve-BJ BUENO/STEVE DUSHECK , Three Fry nice to put in your coin routine by Chris Kenner, Coinone by Homer Liwag, you should pick that one up,amazing coin guy! Also check out Silver Dream by Justin Miller, but I would just learn sleights from Bobo's and make my own effects adn you can go from there.

-Peace, laters!

In the title it states you are just starting, yet you want something more advanced to do in coin magic?

I'm not sure I understand....

Get Bobo's Modern Coin Magic. Study it. It has everything you need.

Well, the Muscle pass will probably just frustrate someone who does not already have a good foundation in coins, and could even be enough to make someone quit!

In the beginning is not very good, in my opinion. Mr. Noblezada forgets to credit quite a few things, and well, you could get a lot more for your 30 dollars.

Roth, Bobo, Stone, Ammar... i think they all do better.

Of course i don't really think you need Ammar if you have Bobo.

I highly recommend David Roth's Expert Coin Magic made easy series...if you don't like reading that is...if not then just get Bobo (bang for your buck)
You will probably not be using the muscle pass frequently but if you are I suggest you get Shoot Ogawa's stuff instead of Jay Noblezada.....

i think that the mucle pass dvd is a waste of money because it shows you ways to use it but you can pretty much make up on your own everthing on that dvd and personally i don't like the mucle pass if you do it to much it will give you a calice (don't know if i spelt that right) and it hurts

NOt sure who, but someone said that the callous actually helps your muslce pass. It makes your hands stronger, and when the callous gos away, your muscle pass doesn't hurt anymore.

Just get Bobo's there's beginners to advance, you can take any trick and add some pazza to it. then get David Roth's DVD's.

That should keep you busy for at least............1 or 2 years.
