The original post which talks about the EMP monarchs describes the seal to be jagged, Although I have one which is round. Is there more than one variant?
Everywhere I've read, officially there was only one print run of the EMP. However, unofficially, there are decks with jagged seals and decks with rounded seals. Other than the seals, everything else appears to be the same.
