Jack Daniel's Playing Cards

DISCLAIMER: Perform responsibly. Don't practice and drive...err...

They're cards. Chill. But they're indeed awesome.

An Introduction
I was at a church youth conference this past weekend and had some free time at the mall. I was wondering around some kiosks, keeping an eye out for cards, as always, and found some. They had some Star Wars and Coca-Cola decks, and a Bicycle Tragic Royalty deck, which I didn't buy due to bad reviews, and then I saw these:

I was interested. At $5 a pop, though, I didn't want to bust my wallet (even though I came home with extra money - grrrr) I bought one. I will now be buying these in bulk from Amazon.

The Cards Themselves
I've enclosed some attachments beneath the review to let you see the stellar quality of the cards. I'll get a video up soon, hopefully, showcasing these beauties. They are diamonds in the rough. Mind you, they're manufactured by Hoyle. If you've used their cards, you know they're not the best quality (though I've heard Shellbacks are good). These handle just as well as my Smoke & Mirrors v3.
Yes, they really are that good. Maybe there's an alcohol-based finish - ha. These have a good stock that is thicker than regular Bicycle stock but not too stiff, comparable to what I've heard about Wynns. They're not as heavy as Ellusionist's decks, though, like the Masters.
They actually feel like Jerry's Nuggets, in that one side is finished and the other is not. These are Jerry's to me. Great cards. Doubles stick together like glue. I can drop a double loosely from standing height and they'll still be square. You can do anything with these cards. The unbridled "snap" in these cards is just unbelievable.

Another thing - the faces are boring as heck. Usual, but the deck's quality makes up for it. The aces have art on them that is as follows:
Ace of Spades- Portrait of Jack Daniels
Ace of Diamonds- Statue of Jack Daniels
Ace of Hearts- Bottle of whiskey
Ace of Clubs- No. 7 brand logo

Some of the cards you can see above in the provided image. Basic faces and different face cards. I don't know if I like them or not...

I can't recommend these cards enough. They're fantastic and on par with some of the greatest decks there are. They're only like 3 bucks on Amazon, so get a brick or five. I know I sure will.

9.5/10, because nothing's perfect, but these come too close.

Ian

P.S.: About the pictures - The first two are just fans. The third is The Werm by Dan and Dave Buck, and the last one is the Circle display created by Hyoson, or hyo as you find on T11. The tutorial is free, and definitely check it out.
