Kainoa Harbottle's Material

Hey everyone, I'm trying to further my coin magic. I've decided I wanted to learn some of Kainoa's material but to my dismay it seems that it is out of print. I was wondering if anyone knows if there is anywhere I can get a hold of some Kainoa's work besides "The New York Coin Seminar". Also I'm interested in difficult technique like muscle passes, Harada Hold, Etc. any suggestions for knuckle busters? I have Sick, David Roth's Expert Coin Technique, Bobo's Modern Coin Magic (The soft back), and I'll be getting Moneypulation by Lawrens Godon shortly.

Try to find Kainoa's Coins on Edge and Cointopia.
Also have a look at R. Kaufman's Coin Magic and work of A. Fuji, Dr Sawa, Reed Mcclinttock, Curtis Kam etc
