I submitted a flourish a little over a week ago now and still haven't received any notification on approval/denial even though it states we should get a reply within 72 hours. Anybody else had this issue?

For me it took about a week for me to get my submission approval/decline notification. They must get swamped with submissions. Same here, took a little over a week. Do as L suggested and contact support. I am sure they are swamped with effects at the moment.
