"MAGIC" Apparel

hi everyone,
me and my team from indonesia have a plan to make local brand for a magic apparels
so far we plan to make shirt(long and short sleeve) and polo..
so we want to hear a feedback from you,
what do you want from a "magic theme" apparels?

examples:
• shirt/ polo materials, quality that you like?
• what design should appear on the shirt?
• colors?
• etc

i loved to hear a feedback from you guys for us to think about it.
i hope you help me and my team to create this amazing opportunity.

I would personally love a shirt with all 52 cards just scattered on the front of shirt. Then another with just one card like the six of spades or something. I think that would be a great shirt because it would be an awesome dresscode idea if you were to show all the cards on the shirt and turn around and their card that they selected is the only one on the shirt. Just a thought

yes, we take dan and dave and Jacks and Jokers as the references though..
we try to work with magic theme rather than actual magic trick on the shirt but later on we will make tricks printing on the shirt itself.

so what makes you buy a "magic" theme shirt?

please let me have the reason for us to think about, we take this as a feedback too^^

I think subtlety is key here. As is originality. Last thing I want is another ace of spades T. It's been done way too many times. Try searching through magic's rich history to gain some inspiration.

Another option would be to include some deception in the apparel. When you show a spectator a deck of cards or a coin, to them it is just another object, but to a magician it can be much more. It would be cool if you could carry this over to clothing. To everyone else it is just a cool design on a shirt, but to the wearer, it is something completely different. Now that's a shirt I would consider buying.

One thing that is pretty in today is classic comic logos and pop culture logos. If you could do something a long those lines except with magic it would be pretty cool. If you did some sort of a Thurston or Erdnase classic shirt it would be pretty cool. The problem with doing this type of t-shirt is that some images are copyright protected.
