Okay so i just wanted to know in what people are more interested in. If u had the chance to choose whether u wanted to be the Ultimate close up magician or a master of hypnotist, what would u pick ... ?

a magician. To be honest I think more people will come up to me and ask to see a card trick rather than walking up to me and asking to "hypnotize" them.

Hypnotists scare me, plus if I am a magician I could always trick someone into thinking I hypnotized someone. Furthermore I think hypnotists have a bit more of a danger issue ie someone could come back and say this and that caused this and that medical condition.
Also this may happen http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wESbHzFWxqs

I went with hypnosis, because with hypnosis you can do magic tricks that wouldn't be possible as a magician, and all without a single bit of sleight of hand. Also, given that (to my knowledge) there are significantly more magicians than hypnotists, a hypnosis show is more original and has less competition.

A master magician is a master communicator (in my estimation/definition).
I think that this is true even more for a hypnotist though, to be honest, as a hypnotist has to communicate with people tot he extent that it manipulates their reality, without the aid of a deck of cards or some spongeballs.

I choose hypnotist for many reasons. The primary reason is that a magician (often) needs to hide the method of the effect however as a hypnotist the effect is the method.

Hypnotist: You're not limited to sleight of hand and the limit of what you can do is pretty much only limited by your imagination. Not to mention that you don't need any props for it.

Also like William said. There are way too many freaking magicians out there. The market as almost gotten to a point where it's over saturated with em.

hmm i think id with hypnosist cause that allows you to get GREAT re-actions and pretty much achieve the impossible! + you dont need any props which is just amazing

but id also want to be a magician cause well i LOVE performing magic! its just that now even random people on the street want to inspect stuff when they know your going to do a magic trick. They find EVERYTHING "Fishy". It gets quite annoying really.

So if I had to pick something Id say id like to be able to do AMAZING impromptu magic as simple as taking a Regular borrowed having a spectator place it in your hand close your fist and its gone! That could have the BEST effect.Although I think theres no such trick like that but if you guys know of it or any other completely awesome impromptu effects please let me know :)

Hard to say. I think I'd go with magician, simply because I can come up with ideas of how to make close up magic interesting and unique, but I can't think of anything interesting or new to do with hypnosis.
