Way too much action in the shake, and you need to clean up the move there a fair bit. Also, the hand responsible for the first change needs to be worked on a bit. Naturalness.

As to the effect, I am always a fan of one or two card effects. Well done, simple.

I'll agree with Kon and Tyler. But here's a tip. When you show a trick that's not practiced enough, we'll say: nice trick, but go practice some more. But if that trick was handled perfectly, we'd say that it's a great piece of magic. Your presentation of the trick makes the trick good or bad. Work on the presentation, and your tricks will get much more praise than they do right now. :)
