Mastering ten tricks

Hi guys,
I hope you all read the article written by Rick Lax (in the news section) called mastering ten tricks.
When I read this article, the idea of creating a thread where every magician would post his ten (card) tricks camed to my mind. Ten tricks you can do anywhere, anytime and on the spot.
The goal of this forum is to make every member a better magician, with a better repertoire.
So let's share our tricks to help each other out.
My ten favourite card tricks are:
Time machine
Impromptu ACAAN
Triumph
Doctor Daley's last trick
The biddle card trick
Memorized deck with crimped card (see my post on the memorising deck thread)
Smack the cards
Ambitious Card Routine
My own impromptu trick called "sanctum" (not really helpful, I admit)
A force and mentalism effect with reveal of a prediction in a sealed enveloppe

Hoping for you replies

You can use a reveal in a sealed envelop any time, anywhere? Does that mean you carry multiple cards in multiple envelops at all times? That's strange.

So, I'm not trying to be a jerk here, but here's what I'm thinking. I understand you're trying to share magic and help everyone improve, but honestly you're going about it the wrong way. Here's why.

A list of tricks with no context or presentation is just some words in a row. If someone is experienced enough with magic to look at that list and be able to recognize what would fit their style and everything, they probably don't need any of those suggestions because they already have a routine. If they are not experienced enough to do that, then they are probably not going to get much out of that list because it doesn't teach them anything.

So what this really ends up being is this:
Magician 1: "I do these tricks!"
Magician 2: "That's cool. I do these ones!"
Magician 1: "Hey! We do some of the same ones!"
Magician 2: "Hey! Look at that!"
...... awkward crickets.... thread dies.

Totally agree with Christopher. This kinda thread will usually dies in an awkward death.
I know your intention is to share the arts you're doing with others and to open up to new ideas and share some knowledge. But if this continues, it will be no more than a "I-know-more-trick" competition before you know it.
