Seriously tho, its on ebay, buy it if you want it, but I haven't heard anything about it being dangerous.

yeah the Ebay is a ripoff from what I've heard... yes it is dangerous to perform because the principle of the effect can go wrong and you can end up knocking the wind out of yourself if not performed correctly.
