Media Section Video Problems

Most of the times that I try to play videos in the media section, they don't play. (I've tried looking at them in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.) I click the video once to start loading it, but no video length is shown; I see 0:00/0:00. If I click it again, no video plays. Any help with this?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues. Which browser / OS are you using? Try the following:

- Clear all cache / cookies / offline data.
- Restart the browser.
- Make sure you're browser is fully updated (most recent version).
