Mentalism start

I want to get into mentalism and I have no prior knowledge of it. What are good beginner books? Looking at past posts practical mental magic and 13 steps to mentalism look good. Any other ideas?

Don't start with 13 Steps. Start with Bob Cassidy's FundaMentals. It is on lybrary.com.

Bob Cassidy has been an enormous help in understanding the underlying principles behind mentalism. Banachek's Psychological Subtleties is also excellent. All of the Banachek I have read has been excellent so far, now that I think about it.
