Overall I really liked it and it seemed well thought out.
I think it may confuse some people because, quite frankly, there's a lot going on. Remember, simple hits hard.
As Dai Vernon once said: "Confusion isn't magic"
I felt there were some times (like losing the card only to find it in the sandwich and then continuing with the transposition) where it didn't seem to make any sense as to why you were doing what you were doing.
Now don't get me wrong. I really like the idea and the moves you used were great. I just think it needs some refining and some justification. Try it out in the real world if you haven't already and see how it plays for the audience. That's the real test.
