Hi guys,
this will be my firs rewiev on T11 so be lenient, please :)

O.K. so, the MiRAGE by Alex Geiser looks like nice coin trick BUT is very hard to master too. The handling is bad...
Maybe it's just because I have bad hands but I just can't do this trick. Mabe with different handling, but this is weird. It looks very VERY unnatural. And the last thing, this trick is so overpriced.

Mastered effect - 7,5/10
Teaching - 9/10
Handling - 6/10
Final verdict :) - 7,5/10 ---> This is just beacuse of teaching, effect is not so nice.

Hello!

While I understand your point of view, I think you may have to give some more details. I am not really into coin magic so Mirage is a really difficult and knack move for me, but I love to practise it in front of the mirror because it looks so good when performed right. However, I am not performing it in front of a real audience because I don't get it as fluent as I'd like.

Is the effect overpriced? Well, that could be argued. It is not a move that should be performed by itself, in my opinion. So if what you're looking for is a quick, visual vanish for a quick moment of astonishment this will not be your best purchase. I think this move is perfect to be used as an ending of a longer routine, since it is so clean that will make your audience believe what you have done before. If you have a 5 or 10 minute one-coin routine and you want a kicker ending to it... This is it. It is worth the price, but only if you use it properly.

I agree that the teaching is great, and the overall DVD quality is awesome too, as always in t11. However, it is a knack move that will take a long time to master. But hey, that is what magic is all about, right?
