Hey everyone,

I came up with this monte transpo the other day and was wondering what you guys thought!

All comments are welcome. I might release this on the Wire if it's original, I dig it!

I was hoping this was gonna be a transposition of the money card and the two whatever cards, ala PH's monte plus, but still quite an interesting idea. The card would have to be signed, otherwise the spectator might forget the card, given the presence of a handful of other cards.

I'm an old forum user who has been inactive so excuse me if I say something that doesn't make sense. I'd say that the trick is very nice, and I was a bit worried about the conclusion; but, luckily, you duped the AoD. If The Wire is a sell only marketplace, then I'd say pass on posting it; but I'd say it's nice enough to share with others. Despite being a magician, I feel that the effect is looming in that the reveal is being indirectly suggested the whole time. Nothing directly leads a spectator to think of the transposition, but I think everything inbetween the set-up and reveal could be seen as fluff. All in all, this is a nice, little effect; and as long as the effect isn't diluted by spectators for the reasons I think it would be, then you have a wonderful trick on your hands.

Thanks for catching onto that, haha. I might just sell it for $0.99, just enough to make sure I'm appealing to the right market. It's a routine in and of itself as well. Perhaps place the card in a spectator's pocket? It's a classic effect but a cleaner twist, in my opinion. Rough demo too haha. Thanks for your positive response! :D
