Hey guys,

Yesterday My friends and i walked to Starbucks so i could do magic to people.
So I did a trick to 1 couple then went to these 2 guys.I did a first part of ACR, then guy acted like I was through, so I stopped. Then i sat down at my table. His friend comes up to me with a hankerchief and lefitates the middle of it. Then he does some D'lites to us, He then told me to come over to his table and taught me how he levitated the hankey. He said he travels all over the world not promoting himself, but using his magic to promote God.

Negative Nancy I swear.

This is called Gospel Magic, or "Christian magicians". They use routines and classic magic effects to do visuals of the bible stories.

Very cool you met one that traveled a lot.

That's sort of interesting.

Although I'm an Atheist, I still respect any religion - and I think it's neat that this guy uses magic as a way to get a message across... That's exactly how I think magic should be performed. There should be some sort of meaning behind what you do... always.

I'm glad that has caught on, however I wasn't being negative, simply asking him what his point was as he seemed to miss it out in his post. Now kiss my ring.

Well, it seemed negative. Actually, it came off more sarcastic, which is negative. (lol) Everyday, I see these posts about performances people have done, yet no one says anything to them about it. They go, "Oh, well, it sounds like you had fun! Great to hear it." Now this guy comes with a story that's actually cool, and it seems like, just because it's about a Christian magician meeting him, you jump all over him for it. I'm just saying, treat everyone the same. ;)

You are missing the point he didn't end his story or anything, he simply said he used his magic to promote God, he didn't comment or anything just ended his story.
