Name of a flourish/where to learn?

Hi all,
I was wondering about where to learn a flourish, where you shoot a card out of a spinning packet whilst still maintaining the packet as done at 0:43 in this video

I am already familiar with the "corner packet flip," (unsure of real name). If there is no tutorial, can someone tell me how to do it, as i've been attempting it for a while but just can't seem to get it.
