What is the name of this trick where a magician takes off his jacket (mostly a suit) and a glass filled with water appears from inside the sleeve? I've seen many people perform this at the Magic castle but can't find any sources of where to learn it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you.

Hey pete! I cant remember where i saw it, but Rev sounds somewhat correct. I believe Josh Jay taught it but not in that book. Talk to me at the meeting next weekend.

It a Patrick Page's effect which has been published in Theatre of the mind and David Penn and also teaches his version in his notes where you can produce the glass from a spectators sleeve.

Thanks for the reply everyone!
This effect is indeed in the Joshua Jay's book "Magic". The funny thing is that I have the book for about a year now and didn't even realized this effect is on there!:D I was just going to ask all of you what the name of the effect is but I finally found it after about 2 minutes of searching, wow didn't even realized this effect is in the book sitting right on my shelf, what a great feeling!
Hey Zach! Sure thing, I'll be at the meeting for sure, might workshop a few effects once I decide on the right presentation, talk to you soon!
Josh, could you please tell me where I can find David Stone's routine. I know that in his DVD set "real secrets of magic" he had a bottle production but I'm not sure if it's the same concept or not since I don't own the DVD.
Thanks again everyone!

Are you talking about the book written by Barrie Richardson and published by Hermetic Press? If so, are you sure this effect is in that book because it seems to me that it's more geared towards mental magic and mentalism, could you please confirm? Thank you.
