Hey guys
I will cut right to the chase. Any tips you can offer me so that i dont deal air or multiple cards while second dealing??
It is not a huge problem but it happens to me occasionally depending on the deck condition .

Thanks a lot in advance

When you push the top two cards across a light touch helps to keep the cards close together, making the second deal look very convincing. If you press hard when you slide the top two cards across, they will separate.

It should also be added that it is good to slightly tilt the deck upwards, towards yoy when sliding the two cards across, and taking the second one. Then bring the deck down when you take out the second cards.

Hope this helps. :)

Use a lighter grip. If you are holding the deck to firmly the cards will come in clumps and you will grab multiple cards. But at the same time, you have to make sure you make contact with the card you are dealing enough so you don't deal nothing. Those are things that help me, but then again, i'm not perfect either it still happens to me sometimes. This is only for a strike second deal though, currently i cannot do a push off very well so i can't offer you any tips there.

- Use lighter grip.
- Begin with a broken deck.
- Practice dealing tops while not looking at your hand. Make your thumb contact the same spot it would contact while 2nd dealing.
- Do the above while doing 2nds. Get a long movie to watch while you do so. I recommend the GodFather. lol
