This is hardly a new concept. In fact, some may call this a simple modification of one of the first color changes, as found from it's name, "the standard color change." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfLu7QmKpTI

I saw your "flourish 1" the other day in some thread and loved it, but I don't think you should even bother trying to publish this colour change, because although it was performed almost flawlessly, if the concept of stealing a card in Tenkai/longitudinal palm and swyping it over the deck was considered original these days, probably every one of us would have at least 3 new colour changes with different steals to publish. Also, when you're trying to publish a magic product, you have to aim to fool the magicians as well as the rest of the audience, otherwise you can be the most original guy on the planet but no one will pay for your ideas.
Just some constructive criticism, keep up the good work!
