New tally HO

I have new Tally's manufactured by USPCC,Erlanger, KY 41018 (The USPCC a subsidiary of jarden corporation)
Is this tally great for magic and XCM ?
What are the difference Between new and old tally?

The main difference is the finish and the paper since the USPCC has moved locations. There was another thread on this a few days ago so please use the search before you make a new topic.
