Odyssey Adaptability

So I am super interested in Odyssey. It is blowing my mind. However, as someone who likes to adapt a trick to my style the fullest, I have to know, is it adaptable? Like, can I adapt it to do more than what is shown in the DVD, or is it just one of those tricks where I can more or less do it exactly as shown (not that I really have a problem with that since the effect is wonderful, but if so, I may hold off on buying it an get another effect first)?


P.S. I understand it comes with 1 gimmick and one real. I can wear the real one as a ring right? Because I love ring tricks, but have never really performed or practiced them since I don't own a ring. While we are on the subject, what good ring books/effects can I pair with it?

It comes with a real ring that you can wear daily. The real ring is literally just a plain tungsten ring that we purchased from one of our suppliers. There is nothing stopping you from wearing that ring every day, or for using it for ring tricks that require a normal ring.

As far as the gimmick ring - I am sure it could be used for other applications, however that is going to be on a case by case basis. The "secret" of the gimmick is quite clever, and I am sure you could come up with other uses for it once you understand it.
