Hi.
First of all if this is the wrong section I would ask a moderator to move it.
So here's my problem. I'm just starting with one-hand popover by aaron fisher. I can do the basic technique but I noticed that I have a weird habit. When i curl my 3rd finger to pull the card in (or even when I extend my 2nd finger to push the bottom of the deck down) I curl my pinky. Have you got any tips on how to get rid of this habit ?

Thanks guys!

Hey, Your problem is totally normal. In fact, I do the same thing. Over the time, I actually uses my pinky to help producing the card. I found it is easier to do so than from what the book said. To conclude, just do it the way you feels comfortable, as long as you achieved the same effect. You don't have to perform it exactly the way Aaron did it.
