I don't mean any offense, but you seem to be putting out a lot of videos lately - all of which need work. It's not a bad thing to be working on a lot of things but maybe slow down a bit because nothing of the stuff you've shown recently is up to scratch yet - that's just a thought.
As far as this specific video goes, I think it needs more work than the others. There's a lot of unnecessary movement in your controls, and in my opinion too much shuffling and dribbling. Andrus argues that any shuffle and/or cut is suspicious - though I might not go that far, he certainly has a point. I really do have to say though that the palm was particularly terrible dude... Sorry, I don't mean to offend again, but it really obviously looked like you were palming it, you have what I call the "Romeo Thumb" - the thumb sticking out, a sure sign of a palm, and your hand wasn't held naturally at all. The motion used to palm it could also be a lot better. My suggestion would be to use the Rear Palm, as in a classic Winter Change - get either a formal explanation of the Winter Change, or a description of just the Rear Palm can be found in Expert Card Technique, a must have for any card magician. Alternatively, if you really wish to palm the card in classic palm, I would suggest learning to palm a card second from the top - a description can be found in Arthur Buckley's excellent book, Card Control.
