Penguin Magic -- Late Shipping

I have ordered ONE product from PenguinMagic.... On the 27th of December (Yes I know this is the holidays but Penguin should still be working because this is when most orders are shipped) It said shipped on 27th I waited this long for my item to arrive and guess what! it hasn't even arrived yet! I'm very disapointed with Penguin Magic. They even forgot to send an email re-sponsing to my order! Oh, and if all you are wondering, I did upsground/withtracking 3-5 days delivery. (Guess not)

Your best bet would be to contact their customer support.
Other than that, no one here can really do much other than sympathize with you.
In the past all my orders from them arrived either around the projected date, or sooner.
Remember that all online stores have been running slow because of the holidays.

Dude, Vegas to Mass. Thats a long time. I live in Cal. and it took a product for me 8 days to arrive. I called at 6 days and they said to wait cause I was all the way at Cal.

Haha, it once took two months for Butter Coin to arrive to my house.

That was my one, and only order from them. Not very good service at all, hopefully though they'll be better in the future.

I personally love Penguin Magic. I have to disagree with everyone here. Yes, shipping takes a while, however that is not the fault of Penguin Magic. UPS is going very slow right now because it is finishing up holiday shipments. My brother who was home from college for 3 weeks decided to order some magic stuff because he hadn't even touched a deck of cards for other than poker for a few years. He ordered his things and his tricks came after about 3 weeks.... It is ridiculous, but you cannot blame them.

I hate UPS because they are slow. I find Priority mail faster and cheaper. The only downside is no tracking. But I at least know that I would end up getting my things faster anyway than if I got UPS with tracking. Anyway, hang in there. I can tell you some good customer service stories from them, but I doubt you would be interested. Well I'm sorry for the long wait, but until then I guess you can always review older material.

Hehehe. I choose Free Shipping and it gets to me in 2-4 days. I live in Nor Cal.

I agree just contact Customer Support.
