Perfect magic trick on a party

Pretty much anything will work, I find it best to present things casually though. Most of my stuff is light hearted/quick, card to wallet, card to pocket, card to mouth, deck to pocket. Once I've done some stuff like that for a bit I may move into a more serious 'psychological' presentation of mental magic, this mostly consists of key card, a peek or two and Out of This World. Bonus points for anything interactive.
Angle Zero is a great option too, though I don't like destroying cards much so I don't perform it loads, parties offer many great locations for reveals over many other circumstances, in your pocket, in your shoe, in the spectators pocket, inside a drink, on the wall, in a drawer, possibilities are endless.
I've never really had a 'set' of magic as the vast majority of my performances are done socially and at parties, this context is great for improvisation, people will be coming and going, may or may not be interested, whatever, just have some stuff ready to go.

I love performing Angle Z as something "impromptu"... Try to avoid finding it in your pocket though, away from you is best.

I like to follow up Angle Z with something I call 180 which is kind of a reverse Angle Z with a twist. Being cryptic as not completely sure of the rules on discussing effects. Feel free to PM me though and I'll share.

I do agree with this, but if you haven't got it set up anywhere else its possible to get away with it right in front of someone, just tear off a corner and slip it in your pocket and away you go. With that being said there may still be better possible locations available at a moments notice, if your confident you could get it in their pocket.

One of my favorite things is to have someone pick a card and then reveal that there card has been under there foot the whole time. its a very simple trick but its not much good if you have a crowd but for one on one its great.
