Practicing Jacob's Ladder?

Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum, with this being my first post..psyched to get in on this though!

Anyway, does anyone have any advice on how to go about practicing Daniel Garcia's effect Jacob's Ladder?
I say this because the rubber band must be stretched between two points, and I'm not exactly sure how to do
this without another person's hands being present.

Ideas?

You could try your toes? Or, if that does not appeal to you i've found that stretching it between your own pinkie fingers can work alright if you have no alternative.

Well first let me say, welcome to the forums! It is a really great place to seek advice and to just help others as well. You are really goidng to enjoy it here! Anyway, to answer your question, i've found coat hangers have been effective for me as well as screwed in bolts in my wall but yet it depends if you have this avaliable to you. If not, the above suggestion can be quite plausible.

I usually just get a stool and turn it on it's side and use the legs of the stool as the two points to be stretched across.

@ edgician--Not too sure about the whole toes thing..I don't think my toes have quite as much dexterity as my fingers!

@ JFergz and James1Wise-- I like the coat hanger and stool ideas, thanks.

I'm going to have to devise some system in my college dorm room, but I'm sure I'll think of something, lol.

If u have any trophies from sports or anything like such, stretch the band between them. It worked well for me!
