I tried to search but couldn't find the answer to this question. Sorry, if I'm repeating a old topic but I was wondering if after the balloon is put inside the balloon can you immediately handout the balloon to the spectator? Or do you have to bite it first or what?

You can't immediately had it out. You have to do a clean-up first but it's like a 2 second clean up so it doesn't make much of a difference to the spectator.
There is clean-up, and it can be a bit tricky. And in most cases, I think, you have to do it as soon, as the penetration is done, because people will want to look at the cellphone. There's also Christopher Lyle's Pressure 2.0, which I belive after disussion on Cafe, theory11 now add to standard pressure effect. The effect is beautifully timed so that the hard part is done AFTER the heat is off. You hit them hard with the big visual moment. Then before they say anything, throw in the convincer (showing the other side), then when they're in their disbelief stage, you do the clean up, which looks very natural and can be done with them looking right at you.
