Yeah, I totally agree. A good trick that I put together (and I'm not a smoker) was to take a piece of FlashPaper and replace the cigarette body of it, leaving only the filter. Inside the body (since it's hollowed out) you could put a dollar bill, or something like that. Just leave it inside the pack and pretend to pull out a new cigarette and light it. The flame burns so quickly that it will leave the dollar bill underneath untouched (... mostly untouched).
It looks really great if the person signs the dollar bill.
