From what I know, no he hasn't. I remember him saying upon the completion of attaining the world record for the longest time underwater, that his next feat was to stay awake for 13 days (correct me if I am wrong).

His next stunt is supposed to involve him staying awake for a long period of time. Unfortunately (or fortunately) due to safety concerns the stunt was postponed from May 2009 until further notice. No one knows the new date... unless they recently announced it.

I'm looking forward to it :).

did david blaine do any stunts involving sleep deprivation? if yes, how much time did he not sleep?

I remember they really played up the fact he didn't sleep during the Frozen in Time stunt. He apparently stayed awake for three straight days and appeared absolutely delirious upon his exit from the block of ice.

I'm probably mistaken, but I was under the idea that Dive of Death replaced the idea of his sleep deprivation stunt. The original concept was just modified and redesigned until it was finalized with Dive of Death. Either which way, the possibility of a new stunt involving sleep deprivation does seem pretty intriguing.

I am almost certain that he labeled this stunt as 'impossible'. I heard rumors a year or so ago that the sleep deprivation stunt was actually supposed to be done instead of the Dive, but David said it was too difficult to do.

I also remember reading (about 3 years ago) that he wanted to dive off of a bridge (I can't remember which one) in NYC into the water below.

I'm also pretty sure that the dive replaced the sleep deprivation stunt. I recall seeing Blaine describe how he thought the dive of death would be more interesting for the fans. To paraphrase Blaine: if he failed at the sleep deprivation stunt, he falls asleep, while if he failed at hanging upside down, he falls to his potential death.
