The app is only for iPhone or iPod touch but any phone can call it. I do not recommend the trick though bcuz spectators aren't comfortable calling a number with their phone and if you have a phone for them to use they get suspicious of that phone.

I completely disagree. If you present the effect correctly, people will be comfortable with you and WILL be comfortable calling the number.

Greg did this for me at IMX this year and it killed! The number that you call is a Los Angeles number and all that Greg did to alleviate the worry is he told us that the number was a Los Angeles number. He was just honest and we decided to text the psychic rather than call her. I have unlimited texts so it didn't bother me.
We had the chance afterword to ask Greg about some of the specs required and he said that you could make the call from a land line if you wanted. I don't have an iphone but this will be my first App purchase when I do get one, I loved it!
