Hello everyone.

Iv been thinking about buying panic for awhile and before i do can someone tell me how the routine/effect goes, I know the vanish of the deck looks amazing but what do you do before that?

Also i was wondering before you vanish the cards can you hold it so it looks like your holding a whole deck of cards? becaus the videos iv seen it looks quit odd.

Taken from the Panic page.

The four Kings are shown and placed into your back pocket. The remainder of the deck is spread cleanly, and then it happens. The deck instantly vanishes in your hands -- leaving only four cards. The cards are shown to be the Kings. And where's the rest of the pack? In your back pocket. No sleights. No funny moves.

As for your question about holding the cards, you can hold the cards in a mechanics grip like you usually would when you're holding cards.

Panic, itself, is an effect whereby you put the four Kings in your back pocket, and you instantly vanish the deck in your hands, leaving only four cards, the Kings. The deck, of course, is in your back pocket.

In the DVD, Aaron Fisher also teaches Widespread Panic, during which each of the four Kings vanishes from the deck, only to reappear in your pockets, which can serve as a great lead in to Panic. Moreover, with the DVD and a little imagination, you could derive your own preface to Panic.

Regarding the deck vanish, it occurs exactly as shown in the Panic preview video. It may seem different, at first, but I find spreading cards that way pretty cool. ;)

Is there possible to buy an extra gimmick at the same time? Im going to go backpacking with a friend around the world and do some magic, so it would be good to have an extra with me, and the shipping here with the extre fee is over 40 dollars.

As Mitchell stated, additional Panic gimmicks are available for $7.95 by submitting a support ticket. In addition, you can check out the full instructions for purchasing additional gimmicks -- ie, what to include in the support ticket -- HERE.

Cheers,
