I worked on Raise Rise for quite a while and never got the knack of it and eventually gave up. If you want an effect of that nature try Fallen by Daniel Garcia or Shifty, available in the 1 on 1 section.

Raise rise is kind of useless to learn. The amount of time it takes to practice and master can be spent on much more useful and practical sleights. If you don't have a one handed top palm down yet you shouldn't be looking to learn raise rise.

The move is all practice. I think I'm pretty good at it. It took like a week of straight practice for it.

I think it is worth it.

Make sure cards are smooth and focus on getting the move smooth before getting it fast. Took me 4 months to get it down, but i still cant get it 100% of the time.
