I've got a few questions about ReinCARDnation, to those who own it;

1. Is it COMPLETELY impromptu?
2. Is it difficult?
3. What are the angles like? Can it be done surrounded?

Thanks.

I don't have it but I have a question for you, have you ever seen the whole performance of it? because the card isn't inspectable, because at the end instead of giving it out for inspection, you rip it up again, and make the pieces disappear, and I was thinking of getting it too, but that ending killed it for me.

1. Yes! Completely impromptu, any where, anytime, borrowed and signed card as well.

2. The first piece and second piece are easy to complete, all though, the last piece is kinda trickey. It involves misdirection as well as sleight of hand.

3. The angles are real good. During the performance you can show the front and back of the card as you restore it. You dont step back about 2 feet to performing this effect, it is right in there face. So in my opinion I give it a 7.5 out of 10. I will continue to use D.G's "Torn" . but this is a good routine to know.

Ok...I own both ReinCardNation and K'Link....

ReinCardNation is fantastic! The angles are pretty good, but you wouldn't want to do it surrounded. Having said that, I feel that the angles are a lot less of an issue compared to Torn by DG.

As for the ending ruining it for you where he rips up the card....there's an "alternate handlng" for the ending where you GIVE the spectator a card......which they can examine. Now, the "Million Dollar Card Trick" that comes as a bonus on K'Link handles this in a MUCH better way....so I'd recommend you getting both DVD's....the effects are fantastic, and his teaching is pretty good....although he does go over EVERYTHING in sometimes EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW detail.....it is a great couple of tricks to know.
