You can learn the flower fan in the EOPCF as jamal said, although I have no idea why you'd wan to learn it in reverse, it'd look exactly the same....

The Reverse Flower Fan can't be learned in the EoPCF (unless it's been revised in later editions, I have no clue)
it's just a move I came up with a while ago and it's just another way of doing it differently. Another example would be a regular thumb fan, speed fan (a thumb fan done a little quicker), and the index fan...all producing the same result but give the performer a variety of goodies to pick from.
