Hi I am thinking of buying true mysteries 1 and 2. I have got enough information and reviews on the first true mysteries but not much on the second so could anyone write a review for me or tell me their thoughts on true mysteries 2

Thanks in advance

Hey! If you liked True Mysteries 1, you will definitely like 2. In my opinion, it is the better, more evolved version of the basic conceptual idea of true Mysteries 1.

I STRONGLY suggest only buying the first one, to see if you like it or not. because it's one of those things you will either love or hate. True Mysteries 2 is going to either be the object of your obsession, or cause a deep loathing in your heart, haha.

Thanks very much. I know the success rate isn't 100% could you estimate the success rate of the effects

This is not my formal review... that will be coming in the next few days. HOWEVER having said that:

True Mysteries 2 by Gavin O'Rourke Soccorso and Fraser Parker is an amazing book on the power of suggestion. What they teach isn't quite hypnosis, and it's not quite instant stooging, it's somewhere in a grey zone between the two but it's massively powerful and a fun lesson in dual realities. -Duel Realities being where the spectator experiences something different than the audience but neither is aware of the others experience being different so it plays bigger than it is.

The book is a quick read and jammed packed with valuable information. Study it, and use the wording they give you in your scripts and you should enjoy quite a lot of success. This could be a full act onto itself without the need of props at all. Would play well for night clubs, and stages.
