Hi guys. Just got RIZER and here are my thoughts:

Effect: Awesome as can be. The best effect I have seen so far. I think it stands on a higher ground than DRESSCODE, no offence. The effect is freaky and very visual. 10/10.

Practicality: Not that practical. You can't do much with the gimmick all set. 7/10.

Easiness: Babies. 9/10

Gimmick: Very genius. Simple. It takes a bit of time if it's your 1st time doing the gimmick. 8/10

Method: VERY VERY SIMPLE. This is the type of effect you'd go "Why didn't i think of it?" 8/10

Applications: Endless. You CAN apply this to other animations on your arm.

Audience reaction: 20/10.

THIS IS AN AWESOME EFFECT. DON'T HESITATE. GET IT NOW. http://www.ellusionist.com/rizer-dvd-by-eric-ross-and-b-smith.html

I think Practicality will differ for each person honestly.... for me, it's like a 5/10 cause I can do absolutely nothing with it on, I have no idea how Eric went on Ellen and did all those tricks with it on.... therefore, it will take a lot of practice for some people and the easiness will change... I can't say that it is baby easy...

Keep in mind, to my knowledge, there was a break between his first set of tricks and rizer. I believe rizer was performed as sort of an encore. Also, rizer can be prepared for at least 45 minutes before hand, even though some touching up may need to be done.

Another note, this effect can be knacky. While I'm able to get into the set up without too much physical trouble, there is still trouble in the creating the illusion I want. Not Ross or Smith's fault, just in the experimental phase. So just be prepared not to be able to perform straight out of the box.
