Man recheck to make sure your links actually work before you post them. Same thing happened in the other thread you posted about another one of this guy's videos.

EDIT: Instead of using it blindly, show respect for Mr.Fuji. He has a youtube channel, making him very approachable. PM him asking about the sources, and permission to perform them if they are original with him ( I recall reading 2 of the phases before somewhere ).
