Im interested in creating a scam and gambling routine involving magic. My problem is that I don't know enough tricks to incorporate in this. I got interested when I started practicing David Stone's 3 card monte routine. Anyone know any good things that I might be able to use. Don't worry if they don't connect, I will try and do that later but Im just looking for some ideas. Thanks guys.

Do that Penn and Teller money con. If it works, say thanks and say "wanna win some money?" Do a in the hands three card monte and give the 10 back. I never tried it cause I just thought of it.
one effect / gambling / con thing I do that I get great reactions for is the Endless Chain. VERY easy to do, VERY hard to understand by the spectator.
If you know slights, you can do the Tenkai deal and show the spectator a card, but give them a different card ... or you could do the 2 card monte....ALWAYS a great reaction.

Nooooo, you don't run quickly after that. You do a in the hands 3 card monte go easy on them, make them win, give the money back and the spec. thinks he/she won money. I think is the way to do it.
