Hey, im looking to purchase a expanded shell set and wanted some opinions on whether to buy from Jamie Schoolcraft or Todd Lassen. I have read the reviews and just wanted some more up to date opinions and personal reasons why which one. thanks in advance

Everyone is going to have different opinion on this one and probably going to say Lassen is better. For me, I found that reaching Schoolcraft customer service is very easy and they are very nice. They always respond to you wihin the same day providing all the information that you have. I have purchased my first Dean's set with Schoolcraft and I am very please with them. They have them in stock at the moment so I got my set within 2-3 days. At first I was having trouble deciding where to buy but I chose Schoolcraft for reason. First, you can reach them via both email and phone and they are very easy to reach. I email Todd and I didn't get a reply back until like 3-4 days later. He also write very unprofesionally. Secondly, you can also purchase directly through the website unlike Todd's. But anyway, everyone has different opinion. I'm not saying that Todd's work is not good. I am just pleased with what I have and probably going to conitnue buying with Schoolcraft. Although Todd's seems to have a lot more collections than Schoolcraft so I might also check that out. Hope this helps.

Jamie is faster to respond and has an additional employee for customer service. Todd is a single man operation. I have bought an expanded shell set from both Schoolcraft and Lassen. My Lassen shell was definitely better. Just a fair warning though, Lassen has a pile of work he's behind on. It might be a while for you to get your order because he doesn't create much additional inventory (and if he does have any extra it gets sold on his blog within a few minutes). I know Schoolcraft does have more stuff on hand and you'll probably get your order faster.

So I guess it depends on how long you want to wait. I prefer Todd now, even if it means waiting. I've seen some Schoolcraft gaffs that I thought were good, but my personal experience didn't leave me entirely satisfied so I went the other route. Hope this helps.

If you decide to buy from Todd, you can PM me and I'll tell you the best way to reach him.
