These decks have become my favourite. Partly because they are the best looking and feeling cards I own, and partly because I get them for $10 at Taylors. Oh yeah.

I have to disagree with you. Feel wise? ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! I have been treating my Mirror deck like garbage since I got the thing and it still fans like new.:D However, I feel that people already have the mindset that these are works of art because that's how they have been advertised. It's in reality just cool swirls with 2 D's in the middle. I said it in my review and I'll say it here... In my opinion, if S&M are considered works of art, then Guardians and Split Spades should be considered masterpieces and hung in a museum. ;) That's why I waited a while before writing up my review for them. For a while, they were my favorite deck in every possible way. In case my opinion changed, I wanted to use them for a while before just jumping the gun and writing up my review. I'm glad I did.

I will always <3 my Guardians and Split Spades. :)

Honestly, I prefer their looks over the feel. I feel like I will get shot here, but I wasn't very impressed with the Guardian artwork. Hated the colours especially. Centurions are nice, but without as good a feel imo; but the difference for me in the artwork is that these cards have a different character to either Guardians or Centurions. The design are more than swirls if the magician can make more of them.

Of course, all that says about the magician is the type of performer they are, no judgment on skill.
