Spring Force?

Hi, I've seen a couple routines where it seems a card is forced by springing the deck from one hand to the other and asking the spectator to say "stop." They always stop on the forced card.

Does anyone know a good resource for this?

I suspect the method is the same as the method for a dribble force except done horizontal rather than vertical. If you don't know the method for a dribble force, shoot me a PM.

Thanks David! I was actually confusing "spring" with "dribble." The dribble force is exactly what I was thinking of. Fortunately I already have a resource to help me out! It's been a couple years since I was into magic; glad to see guys like you still around and helping others out. I was kind of devastated that the E forums got shut down while I was away.

There are two ways of doing the dribble force -- one using sleight of hand and another using a gimmick. Let me know if you don't have both methods. I like the second one when I'm performing a show because I don't have to do anything with the cards before dribbling.
