I can't watch the vid right now (so I'll constructively comment later), but I will say, 'Steranko' most likely refers to the originator of the routine, or at least the moves used, as Steranko was a very VERY skilled, novel and intelligent magical thinker.

Steranko is the creator of the sleights not the name of the effect.

Maybe you could improve it by finding a book that teaches the moves properly instead of copying a Youtube video.

You really need to stop posting so many videos, nearly half the first page (12 out of 25 threads) of this forum are your videos, this means you are clearly not practicing the routines properly. A lot of the are using the same few moves. You've posted more videos in the last couple of days that most people do in 6 months. I suggest you start practicing routines properly, refine them and make them something special instead of churning out 5 generic videos a day.

actually Magic Inc. is the one who reprinted it. I bought that at there booth at the IBM convention along with rev. card technique. Great, inspiring work that book is.

Sorry to be off-topic, but do you know how much extra stuff there is in the new edition? I've only got the old comb-bound version.
