Street Magic?

I perform street magic a lot and would like to put some videos up on theory11, but my question is if I tape the people do I have to ask if they mind being taped or should I have them sign something.

I always ask, I've never had them sign anything. But I make sure that they know I'm going to be putting it on the internet. But it never hurts to have them sign a release form.

I just know if im like will you sign this they will not want to or something like that. What do you think the release form should say:
Bysigning this you do not mind being taped and possibly be going on the internet.
Does that sound good?

I usually just ask. Sometimes I don't, hehe. If it's on Theory11, chances are they'll never find out. If you do want them to sign something, try to make it say something clever. I don't know. Hope this helps.

well, I simply ask. I also let them know that it may show up on the internet. However, if you want them to sign a release then type something good like:

By signing this form you hereby agree to be filmed on camera. If the owner of this video should decide to post it on the internet, create it into a DVD, or use the footage for any other other recreational purpose, then they may do so.
This form gives the owner of the video consent to do whatever he please's with the footage as long as it falls into accordance with national laws and/or state laws.

By signing this you agree to the above.
