The 40 bucks is because of the hype. The Clip Shift is a great move and all... except for the fact it CAN be highly impractical in situations and you can only use it when you're somehow getting into or using biddle grip (not to impede the flow of your effect, which is very important). I don't think it's worth that much, and I wouldn't use it as a color change because I don't randomly go around shaking a deck saying, "look it changes;" I don't structure a routine around a single move (inefficient and time badly spent?). All in all, I have found one purposeful use of the Clipshift and that is As a Control. For that purpose, it's pretty GREAT, I have to admit. Anyways, good luck. It's like Brian Tudor's stuff... put in the effort and you'll get SOME out of it... not everything.
